Amber joined the Better Homes Realty Group in 2020 as the Marketing and Media Manager and Business Strategist.  Her position focuses on the branding and marketing of the company, including but not limited to, identifying areas for improvement, developing new ideas and innovative strategies (and content) across all media platforms, related to the overall marketing goals of the Better Homes Realty Group and Mike Cirillo.  

 

Amber brings 20 years of experience in for-profit, non-profit, and charitable work environments. She began working in the real estate business at age 15; having held positions at Re/Max Eastern, Coldwell Banker Diamond, and Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors.

Amber comes to the Better Homes Realty Group by way of Temple University Hospital where she held the position as the Senior Program Manager for graduate medical education. A major component of her position was to provide all strategic planning decisions and leadership to the institutional wide committees, managed the social media presence, content marketing, and all health system medical education branding. Prior to Temple, she held many positions at Drexel University. With her extensive background in higher education and business development, Amber has a well-developed capability for managing and implementing marketing projects that will support and improve not only the online presence and the Better Homes Realty Group's overall marketing efforts, but aid in business planning for all agents. 

 

A Philadelphia native, co-captain in life with long time boyfriend and a mother of two (girl and boy), Amber knows what it’s like to always be on her toes!   “My children put my world into perspective.  I strongly recommend embracing the blessings you have and never forget to live in the moment.”

 

Amber’s goal is not only to help build the Better Homes Realty Group and Mike Cirillo brands but also educate our agents on "bigger picture" planning and purpose of social engagement.
